after my brother’s wedding, my grandpa decided to offer me and my cousin the following advice about our future weddings:
1. elope and save the money
[he decided against his first suggestion, because he didn't want to get left out of a party]
2. if when you have a wedding…get down the aisle, say ‘I do’ and then let everyone eat…anything more than that is unnecessary.
